Rules and boundaries for utilizing InnovaSocials systems and infrastructure responsibly.
1. Prohibited Conduct
Clients interacting with our systems, including hosted CRM, messaging protocols, and AI infrastructures, are strictly prohibited from engaging in:
- Spam & Harassment: Unsolicited automated messaging, abusive communications, or persistent harassment.
- Fraud & Illegal Activity: Utilizing our systems for deceptive, fraudulent, or strictly illegal operations under UK law.
- Malware & Unauthorised Access: Distributing malicious software or attempting unauthorised access attempts against our core databases.
- Copyright Infringement: Using our content creation or AI systems to bypass copyright protections.
- Abuse of AI Systems: Attempting to prompt-inject, manipulate, or systematically abuse AI Chat Systems and Voice Receptionists.
2. Enforcement & Suspension
InnovaSocials reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate service access immediately without refund if a client violates this Acceptable Use Policy.
Certain features rely upon third-party infrastructure, telecommunications services, artificial intelligence technologies, hosting providers, and software integrations. Service availability may be affected by outages, changes, limitations, or restrictions imposed by such providers.
