1. Subscription Access & Service Management
This SaaS Subscription Agreement governs the deployment of your AI Business Operating Systems, CRM setup, reputation management channels, and hosted infrastructure. Continued access to these platforms requires an active, paid subscription.
2. Fees & Hosting
Initial Setup Fees: Compensate for the custom deployment, engineering, and onboarding. These are strictly non-refundable once work commences.
Monthly Recurring Fees: Cover server hosting, telecommunications maintenance, AI tokens, ongoing maintenance, and technical support.
3. Cancellation Procedures & Termination Rights
You may cancel your monthly recurring subscription through your portal or by written notice according to your specific contract terms. Hosted systems, automated workflows, and associated phone numbers may cease functioning upon cancellation.
Certain assets (such as proprietary automation pipelines and funnel architectures) remain the intellectual property of InnovaSocials unless transferred via an explicit buyout agreement.
Certain features rely upon third-party infrastructure, telecommunications services, artificial intelligence technologies, hosting providers, and software integrations. Service availability may be affected by outages, changes, limitations, or restrictions imposed by such providers.
